Pour micellar water (like Garnier Micellar Water) on to a cotton pad and gently press against skin to remove make-up.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Use a water-based cleanser like the Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser. Start here if you aren\u2019t wearing make-up.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Toner. If you choose to use a toner, I prefer soothing toners at night that contain ingredients that support the skin barrier, like the Anua Rice 70 Milky Toner.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Serums, layered thinnest to thickest. You don\u2019t need 10 serums &#8211; I would probably pick max 2-3 based on your skincare concern. Peptide serums (like SkinDeva Argireline 20% with Matrixyl 3000) are the way to go for fine lines\/wrinkles, and dark spot serums containing brightening actives (like Good Molecules Discoloration Defense) are my pick to even out skin tone<\/p>\n<p>Step 5: Apply a pea-sized amount of a retinoid (like Differin adapalene gel) and spread evenly on your skin.<\/p>\n<p>Step 6: Moisturizer, like CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion.
