@fhiheat tourmaline ceramic is honestly perfect for all hair textures! What’s so special about this one is that it has a new technology called “HydroHeat” that seals in vital moisture, repels humidity, reduce frizz, and helps eliminate static. Chefs kiss!
Then we have the @babylissprousa Porcelain Ceramic Flatiron which is my ABSOLUTE go to when it comes to styling hair. The Porcelain Ceramic plate technology, ensures even heat distribution and generates far-infrared heat for a more efficient and gentle styling experience.
All irons are under $150 bucks and will last you for YEARS!!
This is your sign to invest in a quality flatiron.
I hope this helps someone out there who is confused about which iron to get.
Why should people not use titanium at home or tourmaline at home?
What’s the difference between the ceramic and the titanium?
I took your advice and grabbed that FHI….☝🏾☝🏾☝🏾
I used ceramic for years and never had any body. It was always frizzy hours later. I was almost at the highest setting and my hair looked like a thorough blowout not a silk press. I switched to titanium a few months ago and I have body, shine and a proper silk press.
I think it depends on hair type. I have extremely thick 4C (mostly)/4B hair.
I do a deep moisturizer every week and a protein treatment monthly. I add blow out serum, before going in with my blow dry brush. Add heat protection serum before straightening and olaplex bonding oil after. I only do 1 pass, but double tap the roots.
Does straightness come from well the hair was blow dried?
