I have had acne all my life and im 54 now. Went everywhere, tried everything but without much result. I’ve learned to live with my low self-esteem and still simply can’t love my appearance. I’ve been doing this for so long that I’ve learned to cope with this flaw, but I’m acutely aware that it has deeply affected my character. The mirror is still my worst enemy, and I fear I’ll never experience the happiness of loving myself without loathing it 🙁
that’s good for you. my vitamins are perfect and my hormonal blood panels are perfect but I have bad acne
Are you eventually replacing the supplements with food? Like leafy greens for the iron for example? Or is it not possible for you to get enough vitamins from food alone?

After the 4th kid I knew she was so depleted of nutrients, her body could not compensate the nutrient loss, especially being so young, you would be more replenished than someone taking 15 years and have 5 children.
