Penn- help, I’m having a little meltdown (as my 3yr old granddaughter says) about my eyes, these bags that have appeared overnight, and the weird crepey thing that’s happening to my lids. Eye makeup looks awful; I can’t figure it out. I went down the rabbit hole on your videos and found this one. I’ll take a break from the DRMTLG HPR cream and try the La Roche Posay. Would you happen to have any fav eye primers you could recommend? I’m 63 (for reference) Hope you see this comment, even though this is an older video.
